The association weeks for sale:
***Weeks Giveaway Program***
Here is a list of all weeks owned by the Association. If you’d like one or more of these weeks, simply submit your request to Sean McNamara at Allegiant Management (smcnamara [at] allegiantmgmt.com) or at 970 726-5701 ext. 202.
As new weeks are added to the website, you will be given 1 week to request that week before a drawing is held of all interested persons to determine who gets it. Current owners are given first priority, then non-owners. You must let Sean know if you want a Quit Claim deed at no charge, or if you’re willing to pay a title company to transfer the deed and provide title insurance. Title Company of the Rockies will charge approximately $600 for this service. If you accept a Quit Claim deed, there is no guarantee of clear title.
You must pay the 2008 maintenance fees before transfer of any week. The current fees for a 2bedroom are xxx, 3 bedroom is xxx and 3bedroom unit Bancroft 7 (BA7), which has a private hot tub, are xxx.
