to the Twin Rivers Owners Association's Website.
Twin Rivers is located along the beautiful Fraser River in Fraser, Colorado. The Twin Rivers Owners Association is responsible for managing the common elements of the property (building exteriors, grounds, amenities, etc). The Twin Rivers Interval Owners Association is responsible for managing the interiors of the interval owned units. Allegiant Management LLC, Winter Park, Colorado, is the managing agent for both Associations.

April 2008: The Board of Managers is taking nominations for an open Board position as well as for the regularly elected position which expires in 2008. If you are interested in volunteering to be on the Board of Managers, please email your interest and qualifications to Sean McNamara at smcnamara [at] allegiantmgmt.com and to Association President, Kitty Miller, at kitty.miller [at] lafarge-na.com.
April 2008: The Owners Association is planning an Owner’s Work day on Saturday, 14 June from 9am to noon. If you are available, we’d like to have you join us in tidying up our property for the summer.
April 2008: After reviewing the costs and benefits to the Association, we are discontinuing the service of providing towels in the amenities area effective 1 June. After that date, bring your own towel when you visit the hot tub.
